Refund Policy

If there is any reason you are not satisfied with your bottle, you can return it within 30 days of purchase. All products must be unused and in their original packaging.

Simply fill the contact form below to initiate the return process. We will then send you a Return Label that will be deducted from the refund. 

Once we receive the return to our warehouse, it will take approximately 2 business days to process a refund. 

Once we issue the refund, it can take 5-7 business days for it to reflect on your original method of payment. This delay depends on your bank. 

Please note that shipping fees for returned items are non-refundable.

Damaged goods

If the product was damaged in transit, then we will replace it free of charge. 

Exchange

Unfortunately, it is not possible to exchange items purchased online. If you wish to exchange an item, you need to return it in its original condition for a refund before placing a new order.
